Our Year 2 Review

The summer term has rapidly reached its end for our Year 2s and what an amazing year they have had. They have worked brilliantly throughout and there has been lots of fun had along the way.

They will be truly missed and we wish them luck as they begin their new adventures in Year 3.

To reflect, we have discussed our year as a class and we wanted to share these highlights:

Ford Green Hall

Ted: The trip was really interesting. We met Samuel Pepys and heard him read his diary and that he buried his cheese.

Charlie: Ford Green Hall taught me about the food they used to eat. I made a marzipan fruit!

Julia: I loved when we went to Ford Green Hall because we saw Samuel Pepys. We played old games too.

Christmas Play

Betsy: The Christmas Play was amazing and taught me what happened when Jesus was born.

Joe: Learning the song 'We Three Kings' was the best and I love when we all sing it together.

Evie: I liked the Christmas Play because we got to celebrate Jesus.

Summer Concert

Stanley: The Summer Concert was fun because we danced together and sang with each other.

Sam: I liked the Summer Concert because my friends did well.

Caleb: It was like singing in a cinema but outside!
